Kiehl’s is hiring a part-time Keyholder in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, to support store sales goals, deliver personalized customer service, maintain store presentation, and assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and training new employees. The role offers a salary range of $17–$19 and requires two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals while meeting individual sales goals set by the management team.
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and uphold customer service excellence standards.
- Build customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Lead in productivity.
- Execute short- and long-term plans that support the store’s business strategy and goals.
- Present products and the brand image in line with standards, while maintaining a neat, organized store.
- Attend all scheduled shifts regularly and punctually.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures.
- Train new store employees.
- Execute visual directives, education selling tools, and customer service standards effectively.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Retail and/or cosmetics experience preferred.
- Previous keyholder experience preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Communication skills.

- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; immigration support or sponsorship is not offered.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin preferred.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs and/or a ladder as needed, and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
