Kiehl’s is hiring a part-time Keyholder in Hoboken to support store sales and individual sales goals, deliver personalized customer service, maintain brand presentation, and assist with store operations and employee training. The permanent role includes opening and closing procedures and requires two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals while meeting individual sales goals established by the management team.
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and uphold customer service excellence standards.
- Develop customer relationships that generate repeat business.
- Execute short- and long-term plans in support of the store’s business strategy.
- Lead in productivity.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures.
- Train new store employees.
- Execute visual directives, educational selling tools and customer service standards effectively.
- Maintain product and brand presentation and keep the store neat and organized.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Retail and/or cosmetics experience preferred.
- Previous keyholder experience preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; immigration support or sponsorship is not offered for this role.
- Spanish or Mandarin bilingualism preferred.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs and/or a ladder as needed, and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
