Kiehl’s is hiring a part-time Keyholder in Canoga Park, California, to support the Store Manager, drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, oversee opening and closing, and help develop team members. The role pays $19.00–$20.50 per hour and includes a flexible schedule with two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model by delivering superior customer service and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Support store and individual sales goals and help execute short- and long-term business strategies.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, maintain the brand’s visual presentation, and keep the store neat and organized.
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members, sharing product knowledge and enthusiasm for Kiehl’s.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; immigration support or sponsorship is not offered.
- Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service; prior keyholder experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
- Spanish or Mandarin bilingual abilities are a plus.
