Kiehl’s is hiring a part-time Keyholder in Austin, Texas, to support the Store Manager with sales, customer experience, store operations, and team development. The permanent role includes a salary range of $17–$19 per hour and requires flexible scheduling, including two closing shifts weekly and two full weekends monthly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Model exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Support store and individual sales goals and the execution of short- and long-term business strategies.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual presentation and brand image, and keep the store neat and organized.
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members, sharing product knowledge and enthusiasm for Kiehl’s.
- Assist the Store Manager as part of the store leadership team in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; immigration support or sponsorship is not offered.
- Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service; prior keyholder experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with basic computer proficiency.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including two closing shifts per week and two full weekends per month.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 lb.
- Spanish or Mandarin bilingual ability is a plus.
