Jo Malone London is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support store management, coach and mentor the sales team, reconcile cash, and open and close the Bellevue store on a rotating schedule. Candidates should have retail experience, preferably in cosmetics; supervisory and retail operations experience are desirable. The hourly pay range is $19.39–$32.31, with the exact rate depending on experience, skills, education and budget, and geographic location; the role is bonus-eligible.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service and achieve sales and service targets.
- Perform start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
