Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to support smooth floor operations and an optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
• Create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
• Partner with the team to deliver in-store events and maintain high visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire or interview.
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with a retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, converse with customers, and handle product packaging and display materials.
• Ability to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.

Skills

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.80 to USD 37.20 per hour.
