Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and present HUGO BOSS positively in the marketplace.
• Showcase the brand through engaging merchandise presentations and execute operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
• Train and develop staff through effective communication; deliver exceptional customer service, drive business with the merchant group, and resolve problems.
• Achieve positive results in sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
• Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, developing a client base, and exceptional service.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
• Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
• Manage staff personnel activities, including hiring, training, appraising, rewarding, motivating, and disciplining.
• Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
• Evaluate and respond to performance issues, and actively recruit candidates.
• Lead, motivate, develop, and inspire the team while fostering an empowered organization.
• Ensure applicable health and safety requirements are met and empower store staff to uphold high standards, supporting store management in this area.
• Maintain knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure health and safety documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, time-management, and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.
• Strong consulting, negotiation, problem-resolution, mediation, and interpersonal skills.

At least 5 years of specialty retail management experience.

Education
