Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and present the HUGO BOSS brand through compelling merchandise displays.
• Execute operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
• Train and develop staff, communicate effectively, provide exceptional customer service, drive business with the merchant group, and resolve problems.
• Achieve positive results in sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
• Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, developing a client base, and exceptional service.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
• Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
• Manage staff personnel activities, including hiring, training, appraising, rewarding, motivating, and disciplining.
• Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
• Evaluate and respond to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
• Lead, motivate, develop, and inspire a team while fostering an empowered organization.
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled, support store management in maintaining high standards, and empower store staff in this area.
• Maintain knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure Health & Safety documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five years of specialty retail management experience.
• Strong customer service and selling experience.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to process information and merchandise using computer systems and POS registers.
• Ability to communicate with associates, guests, and management.
• Ability to work varied hours and days to oversee store operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
