HUGO BOSS is seeking a Stock Associate for a temporary, part-time role at its Leesburg outlet. The position supports merchandise receiving, inventory, replenishment, presentation, and customer assistance while helping maintain Health & Safety standards and an exceptional shopping experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Compare merchandise invoices with received items to verify shipment accuracy.
- Display merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables to attract customers and promote sales.
- Receive, open, unpack, and issue sales-floor merchandise.
- Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
- Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify replenishment needs.
- Answer customers’ questions about merchandise and advise them on product selection.
- Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
- Assist with implementing Health & Safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management; comply with Occupational Health & Safety requirements at all times.
- Help deliver an exceptional shopping experience and present the brand through engaging merchandise displays, supporting positive operating profits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of stock experience.
- Effective time-management skills and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle and place merchandise, and to ship and receive products.
- Ability to use retail operating systems, PCs, and scanning equipment.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor and in stockrooms for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to contribute to an effective, productive team environment.
