Role & Responsibilities

• Compare merchandise invoices with received items to verify shipment accuracy.
• Display merchandise on shelves, counters, and tables to attract customers and promote sales.
• Receive, open, unpack, and issue sales-floor merchandise.
• Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
• Take inventory and examine merchandise to identify replenishment needs.
• Answer customer questions about merchandise and advise on merchandise selection.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
• Support store management in implementing Health & Safety policies and operational procedures through provided training and guidance.
• Comply with Occupational Health & Safety requirements at all times.
• Contribute to a positive impression of HUGO BOSS through excellent customer experiences and compelling merchandise presentations that support positive operating profits.
• Perform physical tasks including bending and crouching, reaching high and low shelves, climbing ladders, lifting shelves and jet rails for floor sets, changing mannequins, moving rolling racks, handling pin sensors, folding paper, swapping hangers, and assisting with VDC installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of stock experience.
• Effective time-management skills and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to handle, place, ship, and receive merchandise.
• Ability to work with retail operating systems, PCs, and scanning equipment.
• Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor and in stockrooms for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to contribute to an effective and productive team environment.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
