The Retail Sales Associate represents HUGO BOSS through exceptional customer service, merchandise presentation and personal sales while supporting store operations, community engagement and Health & Safety compliance. This is a part-time, temporary seasonal position in Chandler, Arizona.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS.
- Present merchandise in a way that showcases the brand.
- Execute operational strategies to support positive operating profits.
- Use effective communication and problem-solving skills to serve customers and drive business with the merchant group.
- Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base and providing exemplary customer service.
- Follow standard operating procedures and policies.
- Build community relationships through personal involvement, PR events and advertising opportunities.
- Support store management in implementing Health & Safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance.
- Follow local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS Health & Safety standards.
Qualifications
- A BS college degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
