The Sales Associate represents HUGO BOSS through exceptional customer service, relationship-based selling, merchandise presentation and store operations, while supporting community engagement and Health & Safety compliance. This is a full-time, unlimited-term role in Gilroy, California.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent HUGO BOSS positively to the marketplace.
- Showcase the brand through engaging merchandise presentations and execute operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
- Use effective communication and problem-solving skills to serve customers and drive business with the merchant group.
- Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, client-base development and exemplary customer service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed and implemented.
- Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events and advertising opportunities.
- Support store management in implementing Health & Safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance.
- Follow local laws and regulations and uphold HUGO BOSS Health & Safety standards.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
- A BS college degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
