HUGO BOSS is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician in Midway, Georgia, to maintain conveyor systems, supporting equipment and facilities. The role covers troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, preventive maintenance, spare-parts inventory and shift flexibility, including emergency overtime.
Role & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, repair and replace motors, reducers, sensors and PLCs to ensure proper operation.
- Use blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams to support maintenance work.
- Use hand and power tools and electrical testing equipment to ensure electrical and mechanical systems operate properly.
- Follow established lockout/tagout procedures and demonstrate a commitment to safety.
- Provide guidance to other technicians.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks and inspections on assigned equipment.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Perform general facility maintenance.
- Prioritize competing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain spare-parts inventory.
- Be available for emergency overtime and work any shift needed to accommodate production scheduling.
Qualifications
- At least 1–3 years in production maintenance, preferably with an emphasis on electrical certification, mechanical systems and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of AC/DC theory preferred.
- Certification from an accredited institution or trade school, such as an apprenticeship or associate degree.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Self-direction, tact, diplomacy and good organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Dependability, reliability and punctuality.
- Comfort working at heights.

Experience
At least 1–3 years in production maintenance; emphasis on electrical certification, mechanical systems and pneumatic systems preferred.
Education
Certification from an accredited institution or trade school, such as an apprenticeship or associate degree.
