Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and remain aware of annual, monthly, and daily targets.
• Develop personal sales through proactive selling, client-book use, and active client tracking and profiling.
• Know when and how to close a sale.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers, and demonstrate strong floor presence through greetings, friendly posture, poise, and appropriate brand image.
• Use basic communication skills and maintain a client profile book.
• Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
• Create a lasting positive impression and maintain professional standards with customers, peers, and management.
• Follow through on commitments made to customers and maintain current knowledge of customer-service standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively generate ideas for serving customers better.
• Inform customers about upcoming events and explain return and exchange policies.
• Assist with re-merchandising as needed and maintain back stock.
• Communicate effectively with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
• Maintain professional attire and high personal-grooming standards; a uniform will be provided soon.
• Participate in product-knowledge seminars and maintain a clear understanding of new product designs, sharing that knowledge with customers.
• Educate customers about products and Hugo Boss lifestyles.
• Carry out store opening operations.
• Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS through exceptional shopping experiences, compelling merchandise presentations, and operational strategies that support positive operating profits.

Qualifications

• BS college degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
