Hermès seeks a Hospitality Support Associate for its South Coast Plaza boutique in Costa Mesa, supporting front- and back-of-house operations and the client experience. This temporary seasonal role runs from November through December 31 and pays $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with the actual rate based on the job, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients on the main floor, identify their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Provide beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Offer hospitality services, such as providing coloring books for children.
- Support the sales process by hanging merchandise, returning items to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and other supplies stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing items.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
