Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver food and amenities from the in-room dining kitchen to guest rooms promptly.
• Double-check every order.
• Coordinate the removal of room-service equipment from guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of departmental supply storage and requisitions.
• Communicate special guest requests to the kitchen.
• Assemble and deliver VIP amenities and gifts.
• Report imperfections and blemishes in the hotel and work with other team members to correct them.
• Communicate with other departments and the wider hotel team to maintain alignment.

• Be comfortable communicating in English, the primary language used at the hotel.

• Be flexible to accommodate the hotel's nonstop operation.
• Be able to talk and hear regularly; walk and stand for up to 8 hours; bend, stoop and crouch; use hand, finger and wrist dexterity; and regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Have close and distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Be physically able to work indoors and outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions when required, and frequently at heights and on uneven surfaces.
• Be available to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 23.18 per hour.
