Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of reference for guests seeking assistance or information beyond the hotel.
- Arrange dining reservations, events, excursions, experiences and transportation.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and create customized solutions.
- Build relationships with external partners to secure high-quality guest experiences.
- Fulfil special requests for occasions on and off property, alongside the Creative Supervisor and Curator.
- Identify and report hotel imperfections and work with other colleagues to correct them.
- Communicate with other departments and the wider hotel team to maintain alignment.
