The Hotel Bar Server delivers precise food and cocktail service, maintains the bar and terrace, shares menu knowledge, and supports exceptional guest experiences at The Beverly Hills Hotel. This permanent, full-time role requires variable schedules, including holidays, and involves standing and walking for up to 8 hours and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain an impeccable hotel bar and terrace floor, deliver food and cocktails accurately, and ensure guests’ glasses are replenished promptly.
- Respond to guest requests and participate in pre-shift briefings to support an excellent guest experience.
- Recommend cocktails and deliver attentive service for celebratory gatherings and tableside moments.
- Monitor the bar’s standards, promptly address issues, and work with the team to keep the venue operating at its best.
- Know the cocktail program, wine list, and food offerings, and share that knowledge with guests.
- Bring warm, professional energy and a genuine passion for hospitality to every shift; represent The Hotel Bar and The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride and uphold the principles, goals, and policies of The Beverly Hills Hotel Pledge.
