Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with CHANEL’s service mantra, welcoming and greeting all clients and hosting them.
• Provide continuous sales and service support as a brand ambassador.
• Support the Operations team with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts and daily re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging.
• Support register opening and closing, and handle cash and deposits.
• Handle administrative duties, including answering phone calls, to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Be trained across boutique activities and provide support wherever needed to help maximize client-facing time.
• Be present in-store to facilitate boutique opening and closing, receive inventory and ship products in support of sales and optimal client service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent at minimum.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Foreign-language skills preferred but not required.
• Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 28 per hour.
