The Temporary Sales Associate represents Calvin Klein on the sales floor, delivers engaging customer service, supports sales and store operations, and upholds brand standards and visuals. This is a part-time temporary role requiring availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and initiate conversations that encourage sales and build a connection with the brand.
- Represent Calvin Klein's fashion and brand identity to customers, fostering long-term brand affinity.
- Process merchandise, restock, operate the cash register and support other sales-floor activities in line with brand standards and visual direction.
- Demonstrate pride, commitment and passion for the brand and its customers, while embracing individuality, inclusion and teamwork.
- Contribute to store business performance, uphold brand standards and visuals, and support behind-the-scenes operations under the guidance of the Store Management team.
Qualifications
- Friendliness, organization and time-management skills.
- Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
- Prior retail experience; training is available for candidates without it.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
