Alaïa seeks a full-time Stock Associate in Miami, Florida, reporting to the Boutique Director. The role manages inventory, deliveries, product availability, returns and transfers, alongside store administration and team responsibilities; the expected hourly range is $22–$26, determined by relevant skills and experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory in perfect condition and ensure efficient, logical organization of product and packaging stockrooms.
- Manage deliveries, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
- Check the quality and conformity of delivered products.
- Manage returns, inter-store transfers and omnichannel logistics, respecting deadlines.
- Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize the client experience.
- Improve product availability by liaising with the supply chain and managing product requests to meet client needs.
- Monitor store maintenance.
- Manage stationery, uniforms and kitchen supplies.
- Handle cash management.
- Follow internal audit guidelines.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Integrate fully into the store team, participate in morning briefings and contribute to the store’s overall objectives.
- Develop the highest level of brand and product knowledge.
- Respect Alaïa brand standards for grooming and behavior.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience ideally in the luxury retail sector.
- High affinity for luxury products.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Competent computer skills, including SAP, Excel and Word.
